SCOPE OF WORKS:
Construction of new cafe area, mezzanine floor and retail space.

WORKS INCLUDED:
• Installation of timber joists between steel frame and plywood to provide substrate for floor finish.

• Manufacture and fitting of toilet cubicles, IPS panels and vanity units.

• Forming of lighting bulkhead and handrail to stairs.

• Oak treads, landing and handrail to steel staircase to
main shop area.

• Oak panelling reinstatement to lower ground meeting room.

• Parquet flooring reinstatement to lower ground area.

• Construction of new lower ground office area.
